Anais Bosabalian

Anais Bosabalian was born in Marseille (France). Since early childhood moved to Beirut and studied at Barsegh Kanachyan’s “Gusan” choir and State Conservatory. In 1960 she improved her mastery in Milan. From 195 to 1973 was a soloist at Hamburg Opera. Anais Bosabalian had concerts in almost all famous stages of the world. She performed as a chamber singer and sang songs by Komitas, Barsegh Kanachyan, Makar Yekmalyan, Gurgen Alemshah. Since 1985 sang at Munich Opera. She is a laureate of international competitions. In 1969 she received “Cedrus libani” award from the parliament of Lebanon, in 1971 “Mesrop Mashtots” medal. Died in Stuttgart (Germany).
