Grigoraș Dinicu

Grigoraș Dinicu was born in Bucharest. He studied at the Bucharest Conservatory. After graduating from the conservatory, he played with the orchestra of the Ministry of Education and often performed as a soloist. He mostly composed for violin and piano. Dinicu gave concerts in different countries as a soloist and conductor of his orchestra of folk instruments created by him in 1906. He died in Bucharest.
