Stage monologues, scenes and speeches recorded by leading figures of Armenian theatre and culture between 1952 and 2001. The largest group is by Vahram Papazyan (1888–1968), famed for his Shakespearean roles, whose Othello 'dominated the Armenian stage for more than half a century', with scenes from Othello, Hamlet and King Lear. There are also recordings by the stage and film actor Hrachya Nersisyan and speeches by the painter Martiros Saryan.
