Mecîdê Xalit was a Kurdish singer who recorded for the Kurdish-language broadcasts of Radio Yerevan (Public Radio of Armenia). A Rudaw article on the instrumentalist Xelîlê Evdile names Mecîdê Xalit first among the well-known performers who recorded songs for Radio Yerevan with his accompaniment. These recordings are kept in the Public Radio of Armenia archive.
