Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Born in Salzburg. He is one of the greatest representatives of the Viennese Classical school. Wolfgang Mozart's first teacher was his father (a violinist and composer), who gave him lessons in organ, violin and harpsichord. From the age of 4 he played the harpsichord, and from 5-6 he composed. From 1762, together with his father and his sister Maria Anna, he spent 3 years touring with concerts in Germany, England, Switzerland, Italy, France and elsewhere. The enchanting melodies and performances of the talented boy were received with delight by music lovers everywhere. Mozart was called “the child prodigy of the 18th century”. He died in Vienna.
