Black Suit; Loneliness; Have A Look

In 1989–1993 the Armenian rock scene came to know Terra Incognita, a quintet of explorers of sounds and words whose works bear the stamp of their time in every note. The band's signature brought to Armenian musical life the energy of alternative rock, seasoned with the melancholic and deep sound characteristic of post-punk. Their music was a synthesis of expressive vocals and driving guitar parts, creating a universe full of philosophical searching. Five voices: Armen Taslagyan — emotional vocals; Georgi Poghosbekyan — signature guitar writing; Aram Tarkhanov — keyboard colours; Arsen Avakov — a solid bass foundation; Aleksandr Aghamyan — rhythmic precision. Just 4 years — it was a period when Armenian indie rock was forming its identity.
