The Site provides free public access to digitised recordings and related materials for personal, non-commercial listening, study, and enjoyment. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

Recordings & Intellectual Property

All recordings, texts, photographs, biographies, logos, and other materials on the Site are the property of the Public Radio of Armenia and the Armenian Radio Archive, or are used with the permission of the respective rights holders, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not:

• broadcast, publicly perform, or re-stream the recordings on other platforms;
• sell, license, or use any material for commercial purposes;

User Conduct

When using interactive features (such as the newsletter or contact form), you agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
